Before making a request, check the Funds by contacting the SADC du Suro\u00eet-Sud team directly. ***<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The FRRR CFP is the part 2 of the FRRR, delivered by the SADC (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019aide au d\u00e9veloppement des collectivit\u00e9s) and CAE (Centres d\u2019aide aux entreprises) of Quebec.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Its purpose is to provide emergency financial assistance to businesses that are not eligible for other federal programs or those that have been refused assistance under these programs, to assure that they can remain operational.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The FRRR CFP is aimed at companies in regions covered by a SADC or a CAE. Companies located in the major centers of Quebec province (Montreal, Laval, Quebec, L\u00e9vis, Sherbrooke, Saguenay Chicoutimi and Jonqui\u00e8re sectors and the urban part of Gatineau can contact Canada Economic Development for component 1 of the RPSF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GOALS<\/strong><br \/>Support businesses affected by the economic impacts of COVID-19 that have not received federal government support. This support takes the form of emergency financial assistance (working capital) which aims to help these businesses, if they lack liquidity or need technical expertise to remain operational.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPLEMENTATION<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Ad hoc and targeted initiative (until March 31, 2021)<br \/>\u2022 Continuous reception of projects (until funds are spent)<\/p>\n<p><strong>AUTHORIZED BENEFICIAIRIES<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Companies<br \/>\u2022 Cooperatives<br \/>\u2022 Non-profit organizations (NPOs)<\/p>\n<p><strong>CUSTOMER BASE<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Retail stores and local services<br \/>\u2022 Social economy enterprises<br \/>\u2022 Agro and fishing industry (picking and harvesting)<br \/>\u2022 Tourism for projects of $ 40k and less<br \/>\u2022 Companies with a turnover of less than $ 250k (all sectors)<br \/>\u2022 Self-employed<br \/>\u2022 Start-up other than in manufacturing and value-added services<br \/>\u2022 Companies already clients of a SADC or a CAE<\/p>\n<p><strong>FINANCING AGREEMENT<\/strong> (working capital loans)<br \/>\u2022 Loan to meet working capital requirements: maximum $ 40,000<br \/>\u2022 The need for assistance must relate only to immediate (ad hoc) financial pressure on liquidity (working capital for SMEs or cash requirement for NPOs) and must be a consequence of COVID-19<br \/>\u2022 The need for assistance must be for a maximum of 6 months<br \/>\u2022 The aid cannot be used for needs associated with the preparation for the recovery (eg: fixed assets and equipment)<br \/>\u2022 Possibility of capital moratorium and interest leave<br \/>\u2022 Part of the non-repayable loan, 25%, if the loan is repaid completely before December 31, 2022<br \/>\u2022 Interest rate P + 2, and P for social economy enterprises<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAIN CRITERIA FOR ANALYSIS<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 The project must meet the objective of the initiative<br \/>\u2022 One project per client<br \/>\u2022 The financial assistance of SADC-CAE is conditional that other federal programs in connection with COVID-19 has not previously been granted to the organization.<br \/>\u2022 SADC-CAE support must relate only to immediate (one-off) financial pressures on liquidity (working capital or cash requirements)<br \/>\u2022 Support must have an incentive aspect<br \/>\u2022 The company must have a post-COVID-19 viability perspective<br \/>\u2022 Financial support must be consistent with other government measures:<br \/>&#8211; The support could not compensate for additional liquidity needs if the company had access to other similar government measures<br \/>&#8211; The need for assistance must be demonstrated, including the assistance received from the provincial government and the municipalities<br \/>&#8211; Financial viability must be demonstrated by the financial statements for the last financial year (if not available: tax reports).<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (FARR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>*** Note dated July 20, 2020 | Please note that we have currently reached the maximum capacity of our budget envelope.
