The SADC du Suroît-Sud offers technical and financial support to businesses, with financing, marketing and other business related issues as well as guidance with business management through mentoring for entrepreneurs.

The SADC’s consulting services are strictly confidential and available to all businesses.

The SADC also supports the community through outreach and consultation activities or networking. It conducts activities to coordinate local economic development strategies in collaboration with other community agents.

The Société d’aide au développement des collectivités (SADC) du Suroît-Sud is an independent organization managed by a board of directors whose members represent various economic sectors within the region. Approval process is reached locally with community economic development in mind.

The Team

Erick Faubert, Director General

Mr. Faubert has extensive experience in management and business development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Financial Services from the Université du Québec at Montreal, Bachelor's degree in Finance and a certificate in Business Law. He has held various positions within the Desjardins Group for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the SADC network, he was Senior Commercial and Real Estate manager at the Desjardins Business Sud-Ouest de la Montérégie.


Jonathan Pelletier, Financial Analyst

Mr. Pelletier holds a certificate in financial planning and a certificate in human resources management from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He has acquired, over the past 8 years, an expertise as a personal financial advisor within Desjardins Group. Wishing to enrich himself with complementary skills and to make the most of his knowledge for the entrepreneurial clientele, he joined the SADC Suroit-Sud team to pursue a mission that is close to his heart: the economic development of his community.



                 Angie Bériault, Administrative Assistant    


Mrs. Bériault has 10 years work experience in the accounting   field, notably for
chartered accountants. During the pat 5 years,  she worked as an administrative
assistant for a local small   business in the area.  Being the daughter of an
entrepreneur, and assisting in building the family business, it’s with great
pleasure that she joins the SADC Suroît-Sud and hopes to share
her talent and experience with local entrepreneurs.



Emmanuelle Lavigne-Landry,
Communications, Marketing and Mentorship Agent

Bachelor of Arts (graduated in organizational communication, advertising, arts and sciences), Ms. Lavigne Landry has nearly 10 years work experience in management support and communications for a financial service cooperative.  In the search for new challenges, she has focused her professional career in her region to specialize in communication. Drawn by the mission of the SADC and the mentoring program, she wishes to share her  passion, knowledge and experience and to help support entrepreneurs in their communication plan.


                 France Sirois, Administrative Assistant    


Mrs. Sirois has extensive experience in secretarial and accounting. She has worked for many years in service companies. She joined the SADC team for a short term which, to our happiness, was extended thereafter. She is pleased to be part of this dynamic team and to participate in the mission of SADC.
